Task

It is now time for you to get to grips with your evidence textbook:

• Elisabeth McDonald Principles of Evidence in Criminal Cases (Thomson Reuters, Wellington, 2012).

Reading a textbook can be a daunting task, but you will find this book is written in an accessible style, intended for students,lawyers, and Judges alike. Some parts of the book are more relevant for Justices than others.
